Terry Waraich, President and Principal Consultant
He has 23 years of experience as Occupational Health and Safety Officer with Ministry of Labour, Government of Ontario. In addition, he worked as an Occupational Hygiene Consultant in well-known private consultant companies, in Ontario, Canada. He has Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. (Honours) degrees in Chemistry and Occupational Health and Safety Program.
He has comprehensive experience working with a wide spectrum of workplaces such as industrial establishments (that includes auto, tool and die, stamping, truss building, greenhouses etc. industries), government agencies, hospitals, and municipalities.
Through practical training and work experience, He has acquired extensive expertise in areas such as inspections, investigation, enforcement, industrial relations and prosecution.
Ronald Kennedy, P. Eng.
Ron is a professional engineer having over 30 years of experience with the Ministry of Labour doing site and document review for compliance. He graduated from Queens University in Engineering. He has extensive knowledge of the regulations and standards that apply to industrial workplaces. He can prepare and review Pre-start health and safety review and ensure compliance with Industrial Establishments Regulation.
Don Lucier, P. Eng.
Don is a Professional Engineer with 30 years of experience in manufacturing and consulting. He has 18 years’ experience working in custom steel design, fabrication & installation shop and 12 years in consulting engineering. Structural design experience includes buildings, additions and renovations for commercial, institutional, educational, residential and multi residential buildings and miscellaneous structures.
He administers Safety reviews and Pre-Start Health and Safety Reviews for bridge cranes, chemical storage, conveyors, lifting devices, over the road shipping of molten aluminum handling procedures and racking and repair lifts (automotive and lift truck).
Don consults for industrial clients in areas such as accident review and investigation - construction accidents, lift truck accident, crane and conveyor failures and industrial accidents. Don’s expertise includes pollution reporting as required by various federal and provincial regulations: NPRI, O Reg 127, Environment Canada Greenhouse Gas Reporting (Canadian Environmental Protection Act) and Ontario Greenhouse Gas Emissions (O Reg 452). Development of welding procedures for CWB weld certification to CSA W47.1, serve as designated Welding Engineer for companies applying for Division 2 certification to W47.1
Ronald W. Hussain, P. Eng., C.I.H., R.O.H., C.E.E.P
He has extensive experience in pollution abatement, occupational hygiene, and certificate of approval. Ron is a graduate Chemical Engineer and holds Professional Engineer of Ontario ( P.Eng. ) and Registered Occupational Hygienist (R.O.H.) designations.
Ern Sullivan, Ph.D., C.I.H., R.O.H.
Ern has 35 years of experience in occupational hygiene, primarily with Ontario Ministry of Labour and was the former Provincial WHMIS Specialist. Dr Sullivan is also member of the Control Banding Committee of the American Industrial Hygiene Association, and a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). He has been involved with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) preparation and numerous mould and asbestos assessments.
Doug McDougall, Compliance Specialist

Doug has been in the compliance field for the past 42 years. Having spent 16 years with the Toronto Police and an additional 26 years with the Ministry of Environment, Doug has obtained extensive knowledge in investigative techniques and environmental compliance.
He has lectured throughout Ontario on criminal code offences, environmental regulations, involving note taking, witness preparation and sampling. He has also lectured on inspections vs investigations. Doug has extensive knowledge in the investigative field and on abatement powers within the Ministry of the Environment.
He spent 18 years as an investigator with the Investigations and Enforcement Branch with the Ministry of Environment conducting investigations involving mining, forestry, air pollution, spills to the natural environment. He has prepared cases for prosecution, assisted the crown prosecutor, taken the prosecution course and have prosecuted part three summons on behalf of the Ministry Doug has spent 8 years on the Southwest Management Team in charge of the Windsor Office that services Windsor Essex and Chatham-Kent area.
